Those who complete (compleat!) the Munros can record this fact and receive the magic number by writing in to The Clerk of The List (See here). Additionally, a list of current compleaters is published annually in the SMC Journal.

David writes: The photograph features many members of Lyle Craigs Hillwalking Club from Gourock including two other compleaters ? Donald Brown (double compleater) and William Stevenson. I was also joined by my daughter Emma who was doing her first Munro (and last also she claims!) I finished on Slioch ten years after a stroll up Ben Lomond.
