Those who complete (compleat!) the Munros can record this fact and receive the magic number by writing in to The Clerk of The List (See here). Additionally, a list of current compleaters is published annually in the SMC Journal.

John notes: I compleated on a pretty dire day as can be seen. In spite of that (as you can also see) we had a great day and party afterwards! In the photo is myself, my wife and 5 of our 6 children. From left, Carey, Andrew, Laurie, Lisa, wife Lindsay, myself and Ricky. Joanna, our 6th, came half way up with her 8 week old daughter. There were around 70+ others at the summit (not in the photo!)
