This is a series of brief biographical notes on a selection of early SMC members; they arose from a commission to write about Scots climbers for Scotland on Line. They are placed here now as the notes which were to be found on the SoL site have now sadly been removed. Hopefully more climbers will be added as time allows, and of course suggestions are always welcome. Click on a link to read about that climber.
